We establish your accountability dashboard — the priorities, commitments, and metrics that will anchor every future session. This becomes the consistent thread across the engagement.

Ongoing monthly cadence

Two 45-minute sessions per month, every month. Each session opens with the same question: what did you commit to, and what actually happened? Then we work from there.

Step 4
Async support and written summaries

Between sessions, you have 48-hour access for urgent calls, decisions, or thinking out loud. At the end of each month, you receive a written summary of progress, patterns, and priorities.
